Surrounded by vines and the majestic Brokenback Range, Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard boasts spectacular views and is one of the oldest properties within the Hunter Valley.
In 1866, the Wilkinson’s acquired their plot of land, planting the first grapes soon thereafter. After his father’s death and at just fifteen years of age, Audrey took on the role of running the family vineyard. Together with his brothers, Audrey worked tirelessly as an important pioneer for winemaking in the Hunter Valley.
In 2004, the Agnew family purchased Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard and have since worked hard to live up to Audrey’s legacy for fine craftsmanship. In that time the wines have taken a distinct turn in the right direction with young and aged release Semillon as well as Shiraz being standouts.
