Deakin Estate Vineyard
Planted to Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot (amongst others) the Deakin Estate vineyard is nothing if not a significant resource. It's a cleverly managed one too, employing advanced irrigation techniques such as partial root zone drying and advanced canopy management to increase water use efficiencies. In fact, Deakin Estate was awarded a 'Save Water Award' in 2002 for their water usage and conservation strategies.Deakin Estate Wine Types
