Diamond Valley Location and History
Diamond Valley was established in 1976 by the Lance family in Victoria’s cool climate Yarra Valley wine region. Since their first wine release in 1982, Diamond Valley Vineyards have enjoyed outstanding success, amassing a large tally of medals and awards. They are known for elegant and distinctive wines with excellent varietal character. Today, Diamond Valley Vineyards continues as a family operated winery under the ownership of Graeme Rathbone. The small estate maintains a founding philosophy of commitment to quality, consistency and emphasis on complexity.

Diamond Valley aim to grow the finest possible grapes and insist on quality before quantity.Low yields and hand tended vines on carefully selected sites ensure excellent quality.The modern on-site winery is designed to allow vinification to the highest standards. Vinification is based firmly on traditional methods while taking advantage of the latest technological advancements. All wines are bottled in the winery's own high quality bottling facility.
