Light yellow-green; the bouquet is elegant, yet quite complex with almost subliminal spice; the palate moves into riper lime and passionfruit flavours, but without losing that touch of delicacy.

Youthful, full-coloured red, matured for over a year in French oak barrels. Fresh, fruity and supple, with blackcurrant, spice and nut flavours and some funky, slightly rustic notes.

Crisp, lively blend of semillon (90%) and sauvignon blanc (10%), disgorged after four months on its yeast lees. Lemony, appley and slightly grassy, with moderate complexity, good delicacy and freshness.
