Shiraz and Semilllon are of course the dominant varieties produced, but Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Verdelho have also proved popular to the faithful.

Bright red/purple colour. Sweet vanilla oak and ripe berry aroma, clean and fresh. The acidity is rather shrill and the tannins faintly grippy, but it has flesh and softness and genuine depth. Supple texture. Worth cellaring.
