Fitting given the provenance of the property, Eden Hall wines are produced by the father-daughter team of James and Jo Irvine, with the two of them now notching up a collective 70 vintages making wine.

Interestingly the Avon Brae vineyard is biased towards Cabernet Sauvignon in it's plantings, with the finely varietal and firmly structured Cabernets thus an absolute highlight. The winery also produces a rich Shiraz as another of it's hero varietals, not to mention two different Riesling styles - a classic dry and a 'Ratafia' lightly fortigified - and rather intriguing - Riesling.
