Established in 1982, Geoff Weaver wines pursues an ambition to grow fruit from low yielding vines that furthers the flavour spectrum found in Australian wine. Set on ancient, low fertility soils the vines.

Geoff Weaver’s vineyard is position high in the Adelaide Hills in the village of Lenswood, about 45 minutes drive from Adelaide.

Major varities are Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The estate range is coupled with a premium ‘Ferus’ Sauvignon Blanc that uses wild yeast and barrel ageing for additional complexity.

The winemaking philosophy is simple – grow the best grapes. In the winemaking process, as much natural acidity is retained to produce wines that are fresh and expressive with a more savoury slant, rather than magnifying overt fruit ripeness.
