First planted in 1988, Glenguin Estate focuses on Shiraz and Semillon wines from the Hunter Valley under the eyes of Robin and Andrew Tedder. Robin is one of Australia’s esteemed Master Of Wine. Organic practices are used and vines are tended by hand from pruning to harvest.
Glenguin Estate Location
In the north of the lower Hunter Valley, Glenguin Estate occupies a considered site in the village of Broke. The mature vineyards are grown with organic and biodynamic principles in place. Broke is approximately 3.5 hours from Sydney.
Glenguin Wine Types
Shiraz and Semillon are the focus varieties, thought Viognier, Chardonnay and the unusual grape variety Tannat are also produced.
