La Vie is an all sparkling wine affair made by Cheviot Bridge. It has been created for the sophisticated sparkling wine drinker with fruit sourced from the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills. The fruit is carefully selected from lower yielding vineyards to offer an elegant style of wine with intensity of flavour.
The Wine
Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, winemaker Hugh Cuthbertson crafts the wines using the traditional method of sparkling winemaking. Due to the Chardonnay dominant content in the blend, it has more citrus and stone fruit characters along with some complex toast and biscuit notes. It is a touch of French without the big price tag.
