Schubert Estate was established in the early 1900s when a Schubert family settled on Roennfeldt Road. During the 1980s Steve Schubert bought the 65-acre property and re-established the Shiraz and Viognier vineyards with a clear intention of working with rather than against, nature. It is the harmonious integration of landscape and inhabitants.

Schubert Estate made its name with Shiraz but this Viognier is also a Cracking drop made in a dry white style with just a little piece of Viognier's floral character. It is made with a feast of spicy Thai food in mind.
