Sons of Eden have a simple philosophy to produce wines with flavour and personality from vineyards of unique character within the Barossa district. Sons of Eden specialise in traditional local varieties including Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvedre and Riesling. Riesling is sourced from high altitude vineyards in Eden Valley where the cool climate produces sublime minerality and length. Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre vineyards thrive along the Valley floor where deep soils and warm summer temperatures ensure vibrant colour and perfect ripeness. Controlled and careful vineyard management coupled with traditional and modern winemaking practices means Sons of Eden are able to craft wine of consistently high quality. Sons of Eden recognize the real craft of winemaking comes in lending nature a helping hand and knowing when to stand back and let the ancient mystery take its course.
