St. Huberts Vineyard is situated on gently sloping land in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. It was established by Hubert de Castella in 1862 and named in a tribute to his patron saint. The site was replanted by Tom Cester who acquired the vineyard in 1966 and produced the first commercial vintage in 1974.
