Tim Adams has a strong focus based on making wines exclusively from Clare Valley grapes. They are selected for their authentic varietal and regional characters and vibrant fruit flavour. They can be enjoyed while youthful and fresh or cellared for five to 15 years, depending on the wine. The winery crushes over 1000 tonnes annually. The fruit is sourced from four estate vineyards and local growers including the Sheoak, Ladera, Bayes and Irelands vineyards.
Tim Adams Location & History
The Tim Adams winery is located 130km north of Adelaide in South Australia’s beautiful Clare Valley. It was first established in 1987 and grapes were crushed on site several months later. The existing winery and cellar door opened in 1988.
