2008 Wine By Brad Rose

This wine from the cult WA winemaker Brad Wehr is testament to the fact that Rosé is a natural fit for the Australian way. Proof that pink is perky, the nose is lifted with pear and raspberry and a whiff of redcurrants before a palate that’s creamy and full of berry refreshment. It’s complexed by spices such as cardamom and cinnamon before a long, dry finish. Drink this at your next picnic or your next al fresco gathering with a heap of seafood or even with spicy food like Indian or Lebanese.

2010 Wise Wine Sea Urchin Verdelho

I do have a little soft spot for Verdelho – sure it aint Chardonnay with its creamy oak nor a zesty Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc but for a good easy drinking white wine you just can’t go past Verdelho. This one tastes a lot like fruit salad in an elegant and very drinkable package. A Fish and Chip special.

2011 Wise Wine Sea Urchin Rose

Rose comes in all shapes and sizes and the Cabernet Roses are certainly some of the most interesting. Elegant, refined and cheekily easy to drink, this is a tasty drop from Margaret River showing all the region's class and style.
