Appearance: Very pale green gold in colour. Nose: The nose is delicate, fragrant with gooseberry, feijoa fruit, tropical hints and freshly cut grass. Palate: Sweet fruit with ripe gooseberry flavours; kiwi fruit and herb nuances are displayed on the crisp palate. Good structure, balance and length. Food: Fillet of snapper with fragrant pilaf and pea veloute.
Appearance: Green-gold in colour. Nose: Aromas of white peach and cashew nut perfumed with bath talc, lemon zest and citrus nuances. Palate: The palate has good intensity with a creamy texture, crisp acidity, great balance and long finish. Food: Roasted tomato and barley pilaf with labneh, spinach and beans.
Appearance: Pale green gold in colour. Nose: The lifted nose is fragrant with ripe gooseberry, grassy clover blossom and lemon florals. Palate: The palate shows soft sweet rich varietal fruit, good intensity, balance and length. Food: Salt cod fritters.
