Colour: Vibrant red. Nose: Dense mulberries dominate nose, with plums, spice and a hint of pepper, with cedary characters, from the quality French oak, in the background. Palate: Intensely flavoured, rich and powerful, yet still shows finesse and balance. Ripe plum fruit fills the front palate, the cedary French oak characters add to the fleshy mid palate. The back palate has a firm tannin structure, enhanced by a wonderful acid line. The finish is lively, fresh and not at all tough.

Colour: Straw coloured with green hues. Nose: Mealy complex nose, showing a harmonious blend of nectarine and grape fruit characters, roasted cashew nuts, and well-integrated French oak. Palate: A rich and flavoursome wine, yet shows wonderful restraint and elegance. There is a range of flavours all harmoniously integrated, including ripe nectarine fruit, mealy characters, cedary French oak, and grilled cashew nuts. Lively grapefruit acidity provides a tight and linear structure and a succulent, juicy and lingering finish. Solids during ferment have provided complexity and a lovely texture to the wine.

A classic example of the sort of goodies that a 'virtual winery' (one that owns no vineyards and often no fixed winery either) can offer, this Great Southern Sauvignon Blanc is a rather herbal little number really, a super concentrated and snappy Sauvignon Blanc that balances out the aromatic highlights of this cheeky grape with a little tropical texture. Net result is an approachable - yet still quintessentially seirous - Sauv Blanc of some acclaim.

Colour: Pale straw with green hues. Nose: Typical Great Southern Riesling, dominated by lime citrus characters, with some delicate floral lift in the background. A clean and appealing nose. Palate: The palate is defined by the lime juice character, giving it a purity, reflecting the vineyard and ideal vintage conditions. The natural acidity is harmoniously balanced and provides a great backbone and structure for the wine. The end palate is crisp, clean and the flavours persist in the mouth long after the wine has been consumed.

Colour: Pale straw with green hues. Nose: The nose jumps out of the glass, and shows true varietal characteristics of gooseberry with hints of passionfruit. Palate: A wonderfully fresh and lively wine. The gooseberry fruit characters give a rich and generous front palate. The structure shows perfect balance between fruitiness and crisp acidity. The finish is long and clean.

Blend: A blend of 75% cabernet sauvignon and 25% cabernet franc. Colour: A medium to full red purple. Nose: A complexly fragrant wine showing the aromatics of blackberry and raspberry intermingling with vanilla from the wine's French oak maturation. Palate: Clean, concentrated and soft dark berry fruit underpin a wine that shows fleshy youthful tannins. A wine easily approachable at such an early stage in its life but showing strong briary and dark berry fruit sweetness that will allow it to develop for many years to come.

Colour: Crimson red with purple hues. Nose: Lifted berry fruits fill the glass, creating a really attractive nose. This is backed by good quality French oak characters and some typical Merlot creamy notes. Palate: Lovely rich front palate of ripe berries and some spicy plums. There are well integrated cedary oak characters, ripe tannins and balanced acidity working harmoniously together to provide a long and complex finish to the wine. An attractive fruit driven red wine with good weight and richness. A pleasure to drink now, yet will continue to evolve over the next five to seven years.

Stunning wine - beautifully crafted. Soft and fleshy with hints of toasty age. The palate is complex, long and layered showing great poise and grace. One for lovers of aged semillon.

Deep, healthy colour; plenty of inky, dark fruits with good structure, ripe tannins and controlled oak. The variety is definitely suited to the Barossa Valley.

Medium red-purple; a very attractive wine, with clear-cut varietal fruit ranging through cassis, black olive and spice; classic texture and medium-bodied weight.

Deep colour, good hue; a powerful, highly concentrated and focused wine, with abundant blackberry fruit, but is not over-extracted.

Superb Riesling that captures the essence of the Great Southern style. It's crisp and racy with distinct spicy lime zest aromas leading into a palate of extraordinary depth and persistence. The acid is fine and delicate yet carries a very long flavour profile.
