VERDUZZO WINES
There are very few straight Verduzzo wines in Australia but you’ll have to take our word for it when we tell you that this is indeed the real deal thanks to the vision of the Pizzini family. It hails from the North East of Italy and is generally a...
VERDUZZO WINES
This playful white is an off-dry take verduzzo, showing straightforward ripe peach and tropical fruits, really quite opulent and fleshy on the palate; easy and refreshing off-dry white. Great for fruit-based light summer desserts.

VERDUZZO WINES
Medium to full yellow-green; the bouquet is clean and quite rich with honeyed aromas, though beyond that not particularly distinctive. The palate likewise offers soft, honeyed fruit supported by just the barest touch of oak.
VERDUZZO WINES
Pizzini does the Italian thing better than anyone else in this country at the moment. Their nebbiolo is srunning, though pricy at around $55; don't miss their sangiovese and arneis. Verduzzo, possibly not yet a household name, is from the Friuli r...

The aroma is delicate with pear, quince, and savoury notes. As the wine opens up in the glass the tropical notes of banana, melon and kiwi develop. The wine has structure and intensity, with nicely structured tannins and balanced acidity. The pala...
VERDUZZO WINES
Light straw-green; an unexpected, highly floral, spicy bouquet; the palate an anticlimax, seeming with some residual sugar; nonetheless, interesting.
VERDUZZO WINES

VERDUZZO WINES
Light straw; spice and ripe fruit aromas precede a palate with ripe apple and hints of peach, thickening on the finish. Seems much higher in alcohol than the 12.50 it in fact has; more to do with texture than flavour.
VERDUZZO WINES
Glowing yellow-green; the quite complex bouquet has a mix of tangy, dried fruit and honey aromas; the palate is big, broad and rich, with a slightly soapy, short finish. A rare example of yet another Italian grape variety.
VERDUZZO WINES
Has some depth to the colour, possibly from the small portion of barrel ferment in new French oak barriques; the flavours wander, the wine is more about texture and its bone-dry finish.
VERDUZZO WINES
A rare variety hailing from the North-East of Italy. With some nougat and almond on the nose. Just off dry to enhance the big mouth feel typical of the variety. Hints of ripe peach and apricot round off a stunning wine.
