Xanadu winemaker, Glenn Goodall began working with the team in 2003. He has a strong focus on quality and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to the winery. Xanadu’s philosophy is both strong and simple; grow great fruit, pick it at the right time and guide it through to the bottle with little intervention. This allows Xanadu to produce wine that is characteristically fruitful with great depth.
Xanadu wines are geared towards subtlety. They are gently eased into being with natural fermentation and noninterventionist winemaking techniques. They incorporate French oak characteristics in a light handed approach.
The Rathbone family is focused on uncompromising quality and has begun work on exciting advancements for the future.
