Yarra Burn Winery

Yarra Burn is considered the pioneer of the Upper Yarra Valley having established their winery and vineyards approximately 30 yeas ago. The founders, David and Christine Fyfe, were the first to produce Yarra Valley sparkling wines, and have been labeled innovators for their approach to winemaking in the region.

Yarra Burn is located in the Yarra Valley wine-growing region of Victoria, occupying vineyard sites at Bastard Hill, Beenak and Prices Rd, Hoddles Creek. Yarra Burn’s premium wines come from the difficult Bastard Hill vineyard site, at which wine production can only occur in exceptional years.

Yarra Burn Wine Styles

Yarra Burn is renowned for their sparkling wine range, including vintage sparkling wines, roses and riche style sparklings. Table wines include the premier Bastard Hill wines consisting of a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay only produced in exceptional vintages. The White Label wines are based on noble varieties, and cool climate winemaking.
