- Your Say
Roll on savoury rosé! Produced by Chateau de Sours - the biggest and most famous producer of rosé in Bordeaux - this clever modern wine marries spicy redcurrant fruit to a long and dry palate, making for a quite persistent and very grown up pink wine that is about as far from the sweet and simple styles as you can get. Normally £10 in London bottleshops this is very well priced too...
This is an intense, cherry-red wine that is Bordeaux rose at its very best. It is dry and full bodied and is packed with ripe plump, summer berry and blackcurrant leaf flavours, all of which are complimented by the deliciously refreshing acidity and a lively spicy finish. Drink now and until the next vintage arrives.
