There is not much better than the classic Western Australian Classic Dry White. This wine is fresh and juicy with layers of passionfruit flavour. The kind of wine that will be sweet with a buket of prawns!
Bright fresh and lifted citrus and tropical fruit aromas are apparent on opening. 10% barrel fermentation leaves a lovely spicy oak nuance that can be enjoyed on the nose. The palate is fresh and racy showing tropical and stonefruit flavours. The barrel-fermented portion gives a nice creamy richness that adds to the complexity of flavour in this wine.
