Who says great bubbly doesn't come dirt cheap? This little number is bottle fermented, which means posh, and shows super elegant and restrained fruit finishing dry and fresh. The Daily Mirror call this "Fabulous Festive Fizz" and they are bang on!
Pale gold in colour, this wine has fresh floral and lemon zest aromas, with underlying creaminess. Produced from the same grapes as champagne - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Nose: Fresh floral and lemon zest aromas.
Palate: Fresh and fruit driven with citrus flavours – generous and well balanced with a crisp, refreshing finish.
To really enjoy Griffith Park Sparkling Brut, serve chilled as an aperitif with nibbles or why not have your friends round for dinner. Excellent with fish, chicken, cheese and salad dishes.
