Here's a cab sav out of a preferred region for the variety from an excellent vintage - it's value on a stick! Medium-bodied in style, it's a smooth, easy drinking wine that shows smells of dark fruits, After Eight mints and toasted cedar on the nose. The palate is soft and slinky, with dark plummy flavours slithering along the tongue supported by fine tannins and a sweetly fruited finish. Juicy hamburger here we come - with extra cheese!
