What else do you drink with fish and chips really?
After extensive testing (which involved us eating both fish and/or chips) we've landed on this Sauvignon Blanc - a crisp and snappy, gooseberry and citrus driven wine with super clear and fresh flavours topped off with some seriously fresh acidity.
We can heartily recommend this with Bream, Snapper and also Kingfish, though most fish and chips will do...
Drawn from the Awatere Valley sub region, this shows blackcurrant and stone fruit notes on a dry and full palate. An unwooded Sauvignon Blanc style, this is all about fruit and freshness.
