2010 Little Black Number Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

12 x 750ml Bottles
Cracka Review
Whilst Pinot Noir is often portrayed as a quite feminine sort of wine, it's nice to be reminded that it can indeed do the more masculine 'I want my Pinot Noir to have balls' wine. This actually comes from the higher, cooler parts of the Yarra Valley, yet is still built in a rather firm and attractive mode that only suggests it will get better in the bottle. Real Pinot, real wine, real good.

Winemaker's Note
Grown unirrigated in the cooler surrounds of Hoddles Creek, one of the premier wine growing regions of the Yarra Valley. The wine is a clear deep red in colour, it has a medium body whilst being delicate and finely structured. The bright intensity of flavour exhibits spicy forest flavours mixed with fragrant cherry and a silky satin finish.
