2010 Bayliss Road Hillside Block Shiraz

12 x 750ml Bottles
Cracka Review
In the context of wine regions, McLaren Vale has to rate up there as one of the more attractive out there, its combination of stunning white beaches and brown hills a rather impressive sight if ever there was one. This is a pretty classic sort of Shiraz too, a rich and medium bodied red of richness and weight in a generous and very McLaren Vale vein.

Winemaker's Note
Plum and dark berry fruits on the palate, with a supporting framework of fine tannins.Balance, structure and length all in harmony. An exceptional year.

Enjoy with: Good company, roasted red meats, hearty casseroles and fine cheeses.

Ageing potential: This wine has the depth and structure to develop further complexity and intrigue over the next 6-8 years.

Consultant Winemaker: Michael Fragos, who is also one of two winemakers at Chapel Hill.
