NV Cruse Blanc de Blancs

RRP: $17.95
4 x 750ml Bottles
Cracka Review
Don’t get us wrong – we love Australian bubbly but there is still something very special about those French bubbles – they just seem a little bit more delicate, more refined, more elegant and eminently drinkable. So here we have Cruse Non-vintage, a cremant style (less fizz, more creamy richness) sparkling made by a family with two hundred years in the business. You can not find better value French bubbly than this little gem.

Who says great bubbly doesn't come dirt cheap? This little number is bottle fermented, which means posh, and shows super elegant and restrained fruit finishing dry and fresh. The Daily Mirror call this "Fabulous Festive Fizz" and they are bang on!

Pale gold in colour, this wine has fresh floral and lemon zest aromas, with underlying creaminess. Produced from the same grapes as champagne - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

NV Perle de Vigne Blanc de Blancs Sparkling

RRP: $19.95
4 x 750ml Bottles
Cracka Review
Oui! A cheeky French bubbly this one, made in a dry, crisp style that is discernibly more fresh and less 'fruity' than many equivalent examples from Australia. A perfect drink for anyone who insists on only drinking French bubbly - admittedly its not Champagne but gee it is easy drinking stuff.

Winemaker's Note
Appearance: Pale gold with small bright bubbles.

Nose: The wine has an intense aroma of citrus fruits, in particular grapefruit and fresh cut flowers.

Palate: A lively, fresh palate shows citrus fruit characteristics. It has a zingy vibrancy and finishes with plenty of crisp acidity.

Food: This wine is a delight to have on its own but also pairs well with seafood and fruit dishes.
