      • Boutique producer Fuddling Cup focus on premium Cabernet Sauvignon from the Geographe region north of Margaret River in Western Australia. This Cabernet has seen some serious love in vineyard and winery with Colin and Gail Higgins paying attention to every detail. Controlled yields and new French Oak maturation give with wine intense, concentrated flavours and structured flavours and tannins. This is a serious Cabernet, and the prefect accompaniment to a big bowl of lamb stew.
        Cracka Wine Rating70
      • Has intense flavours due to controlled yields in the vineyard. The wine was aged in the finest French oak barriques and displays classic varietal character, power and length. The aroma is lifted with toasty oak notes. These follow through to the palate, which shows well-balanced fruit and attractive soft tannins on the finish.

      • Ray Jordan says:

The fact that this was a tough vintage for red wines doesn;t seem to have done these guys much harm. This is a very good medium to full bodied beautifully seamless cabernet. IT's brimming with ripe varietal blackcurrant cabernet plus a little dark chocolate and ripe plum. Oak is well handled and the palate lush and rich. Excellent wine.
