  • James Halliday says:

Moderately strong purple-crimson; has an expressive bouquet with warm spices and licorice, then an attractive medium-bodied palate with blackberry fruit and a powerful reprise of the bouquet's spice and licorice to the fore.

    Ray Jordan says:

Beautiful aroma of spicy savoury dark plum with a little nutmeg and clove complexity. The palate is generous and ample with a smooth texture. The tannins are fine and silky with the fine grained oak deliberately understated. A wine for drinking over the next few years.

    WINESTATE says:

Youthful green plum aromas. Good palate weight with soft plum-like flavours, some chewy tannins and quite an astringent finish. 3-5

    WINESTATE says:

A beautifully rich, ripe, Aussies style of shiraz with dark, spicy, berry bouquet and lovely, long, soft palate with great varietal fruit texture.
