      • There is not much better than the classic Western Australian Classic Dry White. This wine is fresh and juicy with layers of passionfruit flavour. The kind of wine that will be sweet with a buket of prawns!

      • Bright fresh and lifted citrus and tropical fruit aromas are apparent on opening. 10% barrel fermentation leaves a lovely spicy oak nuance that can be enjoyed on the nose. The palate is fresh and racy showing tropical and stonefruit flavours. The barrel-fermented portion gives a nice creamy richness that adds to the complexity of flavour in this wine.

      • Ray Jordan says:

This small producer has made quite a name for its reds and yet this excellent early drinking white blend shows it can do something pretty flash with its whites as well. Tropical fruit flavours with a fresh zingy acid provide the basis for a good drinking wine. Crisp keen finish.

        Ray Jordan (2012 Vintage) says:

A lean and tightly framed blended white that aims to capture the freshness of these varieties. Has a lime and lemon aroma with some melon dried herb influence. The palate is zippy and crisp with a fine lingering finish.

        Ray Jordan (2009 Vintage) says:

The fruit for this deliciously fruity melony blend comes from Margaret River. It's clean and flavoursome with a little lime juice cut to tidy up the palate. The fine acid does its bit on the finish.
