Cracka Review

As the name suggests, this is a real luxury release. The five-red-star-rated winery in question treats this as their flagship white wine, deliberately giving it more bottle age to make it even more complex.

What a Chardonnay it is too. Even as a six-year-old it is a mere baby, the concentrated fruit and mealy oak making for a full-throttled white wine with flavour a go-go. No shrinking violet here!

Handpicked, whole-bunch-pressed, wild-fermented and matured in only new and one-year-old French oak, this is flagship wine with the flagship handling to match.

Such quality hasn't gone unnoticed by the critics, landing 94 points from Ray Jordan.
