This is a full-bodied beauty that has been grown organically, so no nasty chemicals. It's a dry, fruity, moderately oaked wine that shows blue fruits and dark cherries on the nose, along with some dried fruits and herbal notes. The palate is sweetly-fruited and quite smooth, with licks of baked spices, mellow tannins, and a juicy finish. Ideal with some lamb chops and mash.
Brilliant ruby red with purple hues. The wine has opulent aromas of bright cherry and plum jam, with raisin, vanilla and rosemary notes.
On the palate, there is plenty of ripe fruit, with date and raisin flavours, and soft and sweet tannins. There’s a trace of nuts and spices on the long finish.
