This premium Pinot shows dark, brambly, hedgerow berries with a lick of spice and rose florals. The palate is spicy with a red cherry centre, savoury-edged tannins and a dry, long finish. Cellar it for a few years or drink it now with some Peking duck pancakes.
The grapes for this Pinot Noir are grown in the premium wine region Orange. The fruit benefits from the cool climate of what is now regarded as one of Australia's most desirable wine regions.
