Only the best batches of Shiraz grapes from prime vineyards were selected for this wine, and it definitely shows. The intense red fruits aromas and soft, supple tannins are well complemented by oak maturation, which has further increased the complexity of the wine. Drink it now with roast beef, or cellar for another 5+ years.
Tasting Note: This wine has plum and cherry fruit aromas with hints of smoky oak and pepper spice notes. The palate has well balanced fine grain tannins and finishes with a subtle oak flavour.
Cellaring Potential: Good to drink now but will age well for 10 years.
