You've got to love the wines from Richmond Park and the Shiraz is the pick of the bunch. A distinctly Australian style with its layers of ripe cherry and mulberry fruit with a touch of spice and elegant, soft tannins. A wine that you can easily settle down to a bottle or two over an evening, especially with a good chunk of steak.

Winemaker's Notes

Tasting notes: Crushed red berries, with hints of savoury characters and oak with an elegant finish. Fantastic with red meat dishes. Ideal to drink now and in the short term.

Wine region: South Eastern Australia - more than half of Australia's wines are produced in South Australia, making it the wine capital of the nation with over 200 cellar doors to explore.

Food pairing: BBQ and roast meats, pork ribs, hearty beef stews and casseroles, game meats & spicy poultry, pasta with tomato and spicy meat based sauces, Ratatouille, sausages, blue, cheddar and hard cheeses.
