Cracka Review

The River Ridge Station Cabernet Sauvignon was created with fruit from rural New South Wales (near the Victorian border), a region known for producing top value wines. This doesn't disappoint with a lifted varietal nose of ripe cassis characters and sandalwood notes, while the fine tannins provide flesh and length making this a rich and full-flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaker's Notes

This Cabernet Sauvignon displays ripe cassis characters and sandalwood notes. The tannins are fine, while the palate has generous blackberry flavours rounded by lovely cedar oak characters.

Food pairing: The wine has considerable charm and would accompany roasted meat and spicy Tex Mex style dishes.
