Winemaking:Fermented and macerated on skins for up to two weeks, with some partial barrel fermentation. Following processing and clarification, the wine was matured for 15 months in French oak hogsheads prior to bottling.
Appearance: A vibrant deep red colour leads to a seamless bouquet of dark plums and chocolate.
on the Nose: The palate shows great richness of flavour and finishes withsoft, velvet tannins making this limited release.
Cellaring:single vineyard wine eminently drinkable now but with the ability to age gracefully for a few more years.
