This lovely little white blend comes from South Australia. It's quite a tropical number, with the Semillon and Sauv Blanc blending together, giving way to a mix of tropical fruits, citrus and zest, then finishing with a crisp, dry acid tang. Lip-smacking good stuff, pair it with seafood or spicy Asian dishes!
