    cracka review

Normally this five-red-star-rated Barossa producer is known for wine blended from multiple vineyard plots. But more recently they've branched out into single vineyard wines, and this 2013 Mystery 96 Point Single Vineyard Barossa Shiraz shows exactly what all the fuss is about.

Made from a famed block in the western Barossa that has vines that are over 100 years old, this stunning red is everything (and more), with that magical intensity that only comes from truly ancient vines.

Fittingly, James Halliday gave this Shiraz 96 points and predicted it would be prime drinking until 2038. Oh yes, it is one serious Shiraz.

    winemaker's notes

This single vineyard Shiraz is fresh and vibrant yet still rich and robust, with flavours of dark chocolate, dried herbs, blackberry and blackcurrant. This is a wine built for the future.
