‘The Yeoman’ is a statement of the best wine from an outstanding vintage, be it the Shiraz from 2010 or something else in future vintages. We won’t make it every year; we’ll only make it when it’s right to make it.
Nose: Rich aromas of plum, mulberries and fruitcake with black pepper and spicy notes.
Palate: A dark and dense palate with black fruit, liquorice, tobacco notes and black ink. The seamless oak integration and beautiful palate weight is complemented by excellent length and plush tannins.
Food: Try this wine with venison medallions with a parsnip puree and roasted baby beetroots.
