This a thick, rich and decadent Barossa Cabernet. A seriously dark, muscular red with 14.5% alcohol and ripe, full flavours. In other words, it's a chunky South Australian Cabernet, sourced from prime vineyards and deliberately built for ageing. Speaking of ageing, this red is now in its prime, with five years maturation rounding off the harsh edges nicely.
