Each year our winemakers select specific parcels of premium fruit from the best vineyards of the Barossa. The fruit only qualifies for inclusion if he is inspired by the generous and rich fruit flavours that will result in the creation of a wine with a characteristic Australian style.
This premium quality Shiraz wine has a distinct black pepper and cherry aroma with liquorice notes combined with robust oak flavours on the palate. Full bodied with plum and chocolate pudding notes and a smooth finish, it's perfect with rich Italian cuisine or wild game meats.
