Ripe cherries, blackberries and spice combine with vanilla aromas to make this bold Shiraz. Well-balanced with earthy tones and lingering fruit on the tongue, this is a great wine.
Deep purples in the glass lead to a nose reminiscent of black and blue berry fruit, mocha and vanilla oak. The seductive palate is rich and intense with plum, black cassis fruit with hints of chocolate, liquorice and earthy exotic spices. Cedary oak is evident but well integrated and the finish is smooth and persistent.
Food pairing: Rack of lamb with mustard & herb crust on sautéed vegetables.
