Here's another fresh and frolicsome pinot grigio from Italy to wet your whistle with this Summer. Varietal pears and apples rise from the glass with a touch of florals for company, whilst the palate is crisp and tangy with green apple acidity, a touch of yeastiness and a dry, strolling finish. It's highly slurpable, and would be great with prawns.
Now under screwcap. Yellow tinge in the colour. Persistent bouquet with notes of fresh pear and other stonefruits. Palate, dry and soft, with lingering aftertaste of flowers, pear, melon and stonefruits. Well balanced.
