This Cool woods cab sav is made by the cool dudes at Thorn-Clarke in the Barossa Valley. It's an easy-drinking hipster cat that shows aromas of red and black berries, together with a twist of mint on the nose. The palate is fuller-bodied, fruity and friendly, with mellow tannins, approachable acidity, and a dry, blackcurrant finish. It's not a wine to contemplate the meaning of life over, so just crack a bottle and enjoy with a meat lovers pizza.

Winemaker's Notes

A dangerously easy drinking cabernet dripping with raspberries and blackcurrant and a touch of mint on the side. Made by Barossa Valley’s renowned Thorn-Clark winery, this full bodied red is fruity and spicy with soft, well-balanced tannins, approachable acidity and a dry, blackcurrant finish. It’s bottled young to retain these intense, upfront fruit flavours. A fine example of South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon worthy of a good Sunday roast.
