If you are looking for something with no oak in a crisp, minerally style, this is the wine for you. There's lots of crunchy green apples, zesty yellow citrus and chamomile on the nose, with the palate showing these characters in its flavours, along with zippy acidity, flinty minerality, and a crisp finish. Poached shellfish or buttered prawns would be great with this wine.
The Chablis is a round, greedy wine, fleshy and rich, with expressive aromas of Chardonnay. A good fresh, tart finish.
