Tumbarumba is all the NSW cool-climate rage at the moment, and it's easy to see why after one sip of this sultry minx. Stone fruits, melons, nuttiness and subtle struck-match 'funk' waft out of the glass, along with delicate whiffs of honey and dairy. The palate is more medium-bodied and creamy-textured, with peachy flavours punching through, a decent zip of acidity leading to velvety finish. Great with chicken liver pate or even eggs benedict.
