Grapes: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah.
Harvest and Vinification: Harvest late September to mid October. Alcoholic fermentation between 18°C and 22°C. Skin maceration between 12 and 20 days. Very soft extraction. Free-run juice selection only.
Soil: Selected plots located on sunny hillside of the Mont-Ventoux.
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby robe. The nose is intense with dominant blackcurrant. In the mouth, the Grenache expresses richness and balance. Fruity and long final with silky tannins.
Sommelier Advice: To be served slightly cool (16°C-18°C) with your favourite red meat, game, cheese and especially lamb brochettes with roasted eggplant.
