2014 St Hallet Butcher's Cart Shiraz
The Butcher’s Cart Shiraz is inspired by the pioneering spirit of the early days at St Hallett. It’s recommended this rich and bold Shiraz be enjoyed with a thick juicy steak, a buttery mash and some token green beans.
Each vineyard destined for Butcher’s Cart was vinified separately and had skin contact for ten days with six pump overs per day. Post-pressing, the wine was sent to American Oak Hogsheads for 13 months of maturation. All barrels were individually assessed at final blending to ensure absolute quality.
