Location: The prestigious wine estate of the city of Colmar, in the heart of the picturesque capital of Alsace wines, develops raw exceptions since 1895.
Soil: Alluvial soil, silty and stony. This type of soil gives this wine its freshness, its fine bouquet and its harmony.
Winemaking: Grapes harvested at perfect maturity. Alcoholic fermentation for 1 to 2 weeks and under temperature control. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.
Colour: Golden yellow.
Nose: Notes of undergrowth, slightly smoky.
Palate: Ample with a nice roundness and a beautiful persistence.
Food recommendations: As an aperitif, or serve with foie gras, duck breast, cheese.
Serving temperature: 9°C to 12°C.
Cellaring: 5 - 7 years.
